SLPD is excited to announce our VOLUNTEER PROGRAM!! This is our chance to provide an opportunity to anyone in the community who has an interest in law enforcement and would like to become actively involved with Spirit Lake PD. Our Volunteers in Police Service, or “VIPS” will be eligible to assist officers and staff in a variety of areas to enhance the capabilities of our department and also to strengthen ties with the community.
